Content Policy
Effective date: February 1, 2026
Boxels LLC (“Boxels,” “we,” “us,” “our”) offers creative web apps on boxels.com (the “Services”). Some features allow users to publish or share content publicly. This Content Policy explains what is and isn’t allowed.
1) Your responsibility
- You are responsible for all content you upload, create, generate, or publish using the Services (“User Content”).
- You must have the rights to use and share your User Content (including music, images, fonts, templates, video, and any third-party assets).
- Public content may be viewable by anyone and may be indexed by search engines.
2) Prohibited content
You may not upload, share, or publish User Content that:
- Violates the law or encourages illegal activity.
- Infringes intellectual property (copyright, trademark, trade secret) or other rights (privacy/publicity).
- Harasses, threatens, or targets individuals with abuse, bullying, or intimidation.
- Includes non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Facilitates violence or self-harm, including instructions to harm yourself or others.
- Contains malware, phishing, scams, or attempts to collect sensitive info deceptively.
- Doxxes others or reveals private personal information without consent (addresses, phone numbers, private identifiers).
- Impersonates a person or organization in a misleading way.
- Is spam (bulk posting, repetitive content, deceptive links, engagement manipulation).
3) Sensitive and personal information
Don’t publish sensitive personal information. If you publish content that includes private data (your own or someone else’s), you do so at your own risk. We may remove content that creates privacy or safety risks.
4) Copyright and licensing basics
If you use third-party assets (music, images, video clips, fonts, templates, brand logos), you must have a license that allows the use you’re making (including public sharing if you publish your project).
- Music: “I found it online” is not a license. Use properly licensed tracks.
- Fonts: some fonts require commercial licenses and may restrict embedding or redistribution.
- Logos/brands: avoid misleading use that implies sponsorship or endorsement.
5) Enforcement
We may remove or restrict content, disable public sharing, or suspend accounts if content violates this Content Policy, our Terms of Service, or the law. We may act on user reports or proactively when content presents risk.
6) Reporting content
To report content or abuse, contact us at jared@desindie.com with:
- a link to the content (or enough detail to locate it),
- why you believe it violates this policy, and
- your contact information.
7) Changes
We may update this Content Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll update the effective date.
